To be as close to the customer as possible, we are constantly developing our service network. We offer cooperation to services from all over Poland dealing with repairs of large and small household appliances, air-conditioning, RTV, computers, heaters, mobile phones, office equipment and garden equipment.
What do we offer?
- Orders of warranty repairs (of various brands)
- Extended warranty repair orders
- Post-warranty repair orders
- Administrative service of orders
- Technical training by guarantors and access to technical documentation
- Access to tools supporting communication - reporting system and discussion panel.
- We have created a mobile system which allows full documentation and settlement of the order on a smartphone and ON SITE at the customer's.

Do you know that...
The ARCONET service network was established in 2002 as a result of the association of 14 largest service centers for equipment manufactured by SONY and PHILIPS.
Currently, the network includes over 300 services in Poland dealing with the repair of RTV equipment, household appliances, air conditioning, gastronomic devices, heaters, and electric tools.
Our network also operates outside Poland: in Lithuania, Hungary, Latvia, Slovakia, Romania, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia and Bosnia.
The goal of our company is to ensure efficient communication between the guarantor, the service and the customer, a quick and effective way of settling complaints and reducing administrative costs.
